What's the future

What's the future

I don't know if I am making sense but this is how I see the future may be going.  The real interest of the majority shareholders that acquired millions of shares of CLL is not the share price for now.  It is the actual real physical assets that they are after and the reduction in the number of shareholders and shares outstanding.  They proceed with a reverse split so as to reduce the number of shares and makes more room for a further devaluation in the share price. The stock still ends up dropping to pennies which allows them to pay out shareholders with just a small handfull of shares (shareholders may have no choice but to redeem their shares if the value is very small.  This is what some major shareholders did with Vaaldiam (VAA) a couple of years ago.  Once this is done, they bring the price of shares back up again and then they might find a buyer for the company
