Who knows what game the funds play.  The volume is enough to keep the price down but only just.  It may be that they're keeping it down so that any real move have some strength in it and is driven by fundamentals instead of traders.  What I can say is this has a very clear technical pattern that gives it a target of 5.10.  Having said that there is the 4.50 spike high of March 2011 to get past.  I think its a good prospective buy here with a conservative stop of 3.40 or a more aggressive stop at 3.20.
