I dont think they primarily will be helping Energulf with that.Here is a list of services to their clients:

If one googles companies from the list together with Maxim group one can see that Maxim group helped several companies raise money.There was earlier talk of direct investment in Energulf.Seekthetruth posted that Eliecer Palacios of Maxim group was to be elected as a Director of Energulf on the AGM.That could maybe be a sign of interest from their part to invest in Energulf.
