Canacol Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based natural gas exploration and production company with operations focused on Colombia. The Company’s production primarily consists of natural gas from the Esperanza, VIM-5 and VIM-21 blocks located in the Lower Magdalena Valley basin in Colombia. The Company’s production also included crude oil from its Rancho Hermoso block in Colombia (Colombia oil). It supplies approximately 17% of the country’s gas needs and more than 50% of the Caribbean Coast’s gas demand. Its gas fields which produce from the Cienaga de Oro and Porquero proven reservoirs are connected to its central Jobo gas processing and treatment facility through more than 169 kilometers of flow lines, mainly flexible steel flow lines. It operates over 1.5 million net acres in 14 exploration and production contracts in Colombia, with 11 of these contracts focused on exploring for and developing natural gas. These blocks are all located in the Lower & Middle Magdalena Basins of Colombia.

If you look at the small bids is what is controlling the PS.. Always inbetween the bids are a bunch of dinky little share counts any under 500 the PS goes down anything at the 500 the PS was up.. I agree all of it right now is auto trading..Any money it trades even again right down wire like it did yesterday..Since the fact basically the SHO deal is closed they have to keep above a certain price.. Sure they will allow cheap shares to go through but not open for long when they bump the PS up from that low..You would think the split would be effective already.. But the split not effective until TSX gives out it's last approval notice which in technically it is already approved.. Might be end of week .. If you look at the trading of the TSX has done the same thing has not budged either being held down considering the economics released data that has come out of fiscal cliff and amongst other things..They have held all TSX indice down like a rock.. JMHO

The Common Shares are expected to begin trading on a post-Consolidation basis on the Toronto Stock Exchange in approximately three business days from the date of the Toronto Stock Exchange's final bulletin regarding the Consolidation.
