RE: Current consolidation

RE: Current consolidation

Thanks Segusmundo.  The TA does look like it is ready for its next upswing.  I would add that not only is there a pattern to the highs and lows and RSI/MACD, but also, a breathing pattern to the frequency of those highs and lows, with each high being about a month apart and each low also being about a month apart.  Time will tell if that breathing pattern will take time off for the Christmas holiday like the rest of us.

Another thing I continually point out is that historically the highs and lows of Woulfe have followed the highs and lows of the TSXV as a whole, but in recent months, Woulfe has broken away from that pattern and created highs at times when the TSXV is low.  As pointed out before, the TSXV is near its 52 week low now and Woulfe is near  its 52 week high.

Still the trump card for all this TA is the firming up of financing with IMC and the bank.  A new TA pattern will be set with that news.  With my last post I mentioned the complication involving getting the legal agreement between multiple boards in multiple countries with multiple lawyers in multiple time zones.  I also wanted to add that the plan is to incorporate this new Sangdong mine jr company in which IMC will be a partner and also the APT plant junior company.  The licencing needs for any newly created company adds to the legal complexity when getting all this stuff legally drafted.  IMC will not be rushed--they will dot all their i's and cross all their t's.
