I listened to the transcript then googled the the actual session and read the questions and answers. What I took away from it was that TIC doesn't need any Gov cash. What they want is access to the froth so that they can build the plants and start making money. I would like to know what the committee talked about in the In Camera session. Probably about where they were going for their Xmas vacations
