"Can any reasonable person disagree with the fact that PSN has mismanaged its A/R, which is surprising since its ceo is a CA?  They clearly screwed up and needs help.  There are firms that specialize in collecting A/R or PSN can hire an in-house specialist."
 
Could it be that it was actually the customer who ran into a financial difficulty?
It may not be the fault of PSN at all, customers need to be taken care of sometimes, they also run into problems and since they are the source of income for the company there is some motivation to try to bend a little if they should run into a cash flow problem maybe?
