considering we are getting a dividend paying company in return for our shares and our current management team and board are going to be running this new company and that fact that we are going to be primarily an oil weighted company, I'm not really sure why the sellers are selling under 0.60 today.

maybe quick profits but the real profits are going to be getting those juicy dividends and steady stock prices in 2013.

I'm holding for now until we get more details but this is a very positive development and I can't blame anyonw for taking profits today although I think it's better to hold for future gains also.
