Yes each 30% shrink of feature size was increasing performance by 100%. And yes the goal is to continue improving performance. I think the current target is 100 nanometers. The last run was at 600 nanometers. I don't think they would continue shrinking if they were having techniical dificulties integrating the optical and electronic components. I believe they will announce MS4 long before they reduce to 100 nanaometers.
