Does anyone know if this Parkland Fuel entity has any connections to Avenex management?    This smells.   You can't give away a hot asset like this for so little and not even give your shareholders the proceeds.

 

Can someone break down Avenex's share ownership?   How much is in the hands of management or its close affiliates?   Do they have the votes?

 

The market is clearly telling us that Avenex is simply transferring value away from Avenex shareholders and to the other companies.
