Tomorrow should be the last day for tax loss selling.

It is unfortunate that we went from .60 to 1.43 and then the rally stalled, but I

think that it was because of tax loss selling.  Now that he shares are in stronger hands, we

should see higher prices in the New Year.  Things are starting to turn around for Arcan so just

be patient.
