RE: Ortsbo Spin out in the US?

Hello Ci==Vicky, i do not want to sounds misleading but if i remember well the last NR in this regard it was 30% or 33% dividend in shares of Ortsbo. Not sure that it would be the same IF it does happen like planned. Still a lot of news to come in this regard before it does in fact happen then we will know the intents. François
