RE: RE: 2.41M share buy back

RE: RE: 2.41M share buy back

Save the money from buying back shares in 2013 and increase the dividend to .03 per quarter; this would increase share holder value immediately. 4% dividend return in teh meantime is nice! It's great buying back shares to reduce float but as you mention DuckConfit, what good has it done us?

Have been and continue to be a shareholder since 2000 and ride the ups/dows with CAA. Fairly safe place to park your money at these low prices but Roland needs to get us moving in the right direction again. Where are we at with HBM court case that continues to be drawn out & where are we at with talks (if any) about War Baby.

Must admit, when Mike retired and Roland came on board spending almost $10M personally to purchase CAA shares (which are under water today), thought we may have had a more aggressive approach than what we've witnessed the past 18 months. With regular NPI payments, a tight share structure, War Baby and a seemingly needful HBM that requires after 777 runs out (you'd think HBM would want to define the reserve at WB, I would with <10 years of production remaining at 777) not to mention a possible positive mitigation with HBM for previous alleged wrong doings we'd be ticking along here......

I'm not going anywhere as I love the upside here and will continue to collect the quarterly dividends in the meantime.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the CAA bod...

Cheers,
