Why didn,t Lori follow these recommendations?

Why didn,t Lori follow these recommendations?

The excerpt below taken from the 2010 Quantec portion of the tech report for that same year.I don,t believe the drill hole map came out til ALL drilling was pretty well completed, why? It clearly states here in this Quantec recommendation of what to do and to drill the anomalies, but the drill map suggests we didn,t drill the high priority targets, why? If management can,t follow simple instructions, what other problems may they have in running a company? And why would anyone beat around the bush and not drill the high priority targets? What could anyone actually accomplish by not doing this ?We have seen examples of other companies with anomalies that drill their anomalies first and come back with expected results. Who in there right mind would drill low priority targets or no targets at all, did they not want to find something?

The

followingrecommendationsare derivedfrom interpretation oftheDC IPandMTsurveyat

Tesoro

Project:

1. Test

the center portionsof theinterpretedhighpriority anomaliesutilizing angled drilling

with

a maximum dip of ~65 degrees. If favourable results are obtained, then test the deep

portion

and unexplored areas in the vicinity of the interpreted anomalies where significant

chargeability,

DC and MT resistivity responses are observed.

I am also concerned that we were trenching again since Oct and no body seems to know about this. Maybe I missed an NR, but I don,t recall an announcement being made about us going back trenching and playing around in waste piles ? Also why the continued interest in this property when all results from Jan on this year, have severly seem to downplay the property? And why dig into the heart of the waste piles, does this mean that maybe the piles have been high graded? I do see in where some high graded samples in the tech report appear to have been diluted by adding 3 bags of low grade material to the sample and still arriving at a grade of over 200g/t or around 6 ounces per ton gold! If you do the reverse math, it would equate to an original sample grading around 24 ounces per ton! This sample, and one more, that would probably equate to 20 ounces per ton or more, came from the 40m level of the A-4 vein. This is extreme bonanza high grade gold, or whatever you wish to call it in which all the drilling seems to ignore, odd?

"Mechanized trenching of the dumps has been underway since October 3, 2012, preparing sample sites within the deeper sections of the dumps"

IMO
