I think most investors were probably expecting some kind of hit to service revenues with BB10, and it was Heins' inability to provide any specifics that really hit the stock.  I would think a good chunk of revenues will be unaffected, as government and large enterprise users will probably still continue using the cadillac service package.  Heins could have at least said this to offer up some perspective.  It also sounds like they have new paid services in the offing, but he obviously wasn't prepared to reveal them on the call. 

 

Hopefully they issue more details around their services plan soon.  They must know by now that they blew it.  I'm sure Heins will have better answers for tomorrow on CNBC.
