Can you clarify about he being on LSG's board of directors? His name does not seem to appear in the listing of directors in the March 26, 2012 Annual Information report filed with Sedar and there does not seem to be a press release since then announcing his appointment..

Also while this may be good news, it may also indicate another as yet unannounced problem. Without more info the hiring would likely increase the perceived riskiness of LSG. It may also kindle further fears about Makuch's capacity to handle the job of CEO and leader.
