RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: charts All valid points, but I just want to make sure that some newbie isnt reading these posts, putting faith into charts and hoping that TA will predict future price movements. I think its diligent everyone does the homework, but sadly some people may not. When I was new at trading i remember reading charts, that seemed to establish "clear" support, resistance, and other patterns, only to see the share price drop or rise completely in contrast with what TA would suggest. So my point is, I would hate for someone to play this stock merely according to charts, wether it be any of you or anyone else. At the end of the day, its a random walk down wall street so to speak, and this is supported by the fact that pretty good news releases have driven this stock down, and pretty mediocre news has driven it up. That sounds random doesnt it? The only pattern which gaurantees profits over and over and over again is buying stocks that are fundamentally strong and locking in profits if and when they arise. And as per the share float, even if the majority arent penny flippers, everyone has to understand the importance of liquidity. If only 500k shares are trading hands on any given day, and the "weak hands" hold approx 170million shares, I beg all of you to try and come up with a TA view that will predict or which way it will go if volume picked up, either good news or bad. The math just isnt possible, because the variable is market pyschology which TA can and never willbe able to predict. Momentum indicators are useless.... If they were helpful we would all make a living buying stocks everytime the macd crossed the moving avg. But thats another good way to lose your shirt as well. Buy and hold this stock for the following reasons, and let the execution of these reasons be the factor in buying more or selling your position: 1. price of tungsten? up or down? 2. economics of project? 3. Managements ability to execute?4. Financing? 5. Economic outlook? 6. Supply-demand? 7. Quarter over quarter earnings improvements?
