The answer to you question is actually rather easy, AMK has hired very smart legal counsel. Make no mistake, this is not about truth, or right, or wrong - it is all about control..... of which clearly AMK is in the drivers seat at the moment as we can see byTUE's share price that has lost over 50% since this legal suite was announced. One has to hope that Tueton has considerable financial reserves, or their own legal counsel who is willing to work for next to nothing as their ability to sidle up to the trough, yet again, for another PP to pay their, and their legal counsel's, wages will now be considerably harder to do. Not impossible, just harder.
