History

Tom Buchanan, starts a Jr O&G early 2000's grows if to 2+B through multiple mergers and acquisitions (Provident Energy). The analysts don't get the structure of a upstream and midstream combination with a solid dividend payout and steady cash flows through ups and downs thanks to the frac spread of the midstream business so Tom and Mark sell off the upstream business to Midnight which became Pace. Tom and Mark leave Provident.

A couple years later Tom and Mark start up a new O&G co. (Charger) merge multiple other Jr's. and now in a position to buy back the upstream assets that they once had and know very well.

Another 2+B company is on it way with a steady dividend payout...
