Suspicious Endo happenings

Suspicious Endo happenings

A few suspicious observations of late.

1)  Endo CEO (forced?) to retire.

2)  Endo makes no mention of the Urocidin cancellation, but lets Bioniche make the announcement when Bioniche had been instructed that they were to keep absolutely quiet about all aspects of Urocidin.

3) Endo gives Urocidin control back to Bioniche.

Is it possible that Endo removed their CEO over this very expensive and embarassing misdesigned phase III Urocidin trial blunder?  Now they are going forward in the quietest way possible and keeping all this news quiet by giving control back to Bioniche?  If Endo would have redesigned a trial they would have looked publically stupid and it would have come to wide spread light.  I have not seen any news of this failed trial in the endo news releases to this point, and likely won't see this absolution of Urocidin World rights news under Endo's news headings either.  Maybe there has been some mention of Urocidin trial problems, but I haven't seen it.

Perhaps this will all work to Bioniche's favor if Endo merely, and desparately needed to save face here by simply bowing out of Urocidin.  It may have been their only play they could afford to make.  One thing is for sure, any body who looks at this failed trial design will be highly impressed with how completely inept this phase IIIb trial was designed by Endo.  They are likely hiding every aspect they can at this point.  I would certianly do so.  Endo looks like fools for those few that have had the priveledge to witness the fall out from this ill conceived trial to this point.  Perhaps they are cutting their losses before their blunder is seen by a much wider audience.
