The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per Preferred Share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per Preferred Share) until November 30, 2023 (the Maturity Date) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the Maturity Date. The Company will invest on an approximately equally-weighted basis in Portfolio Shares of the following publicly traded Canadian banks: Bank of Montreal; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce; National Bank of Canada; Royal Bank of Canada; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Portfolio will generally be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, starting on September 30, 2020, so that as soon as practicable after each calendar quarter the Portfolio Shares will be held on an approximately equal weight basis.

Hi BC..I read your post...a few back)  and I think Lefmike pretty much summed it up for me (thx Mike!). I didnt have the luxury of averaging down without plundering the rest of my portfolio. I decided to ride it out and so here I am. When I say my average is $8....well, it is probably less (somewhat ) as I was trading it for about a year before the big drop and made small profits on numerous occasions. I agree that this must be worth more than what its trading for now, but really, what is it worth? Its worth whatever the market will pay for it. So it changes...and changes....and i hang on for an opportunity to get out without too many scars. There are places to put this kind of money that even pay dividends!! For a trader, I prefer TCK.b....dollar swings almost everyday and very liquid. Plus a small divi if you get stuck for a few months.

Anyways, time to put this to rest for a few days. Great postings lately folks, best of luck and merry Xmas, cheapie
