Very good points - I agree with you on all counts - especially that most, if not all, of any funds raised recently, or to be raised, given the present climate and circumstances will be going to other causes rather than into the ground, which, unfortunately doesn't help increase the value in the company (preserve it maybe, but certainly doesn't increase it substantially ) and hence doesn't help us poor shareholder much, if at all.
