The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

I'm with Firefly on this. I read though all of the posts on this board, Jim Sinclair's comments, etc. and nothing has set off my "aha, that 's it" button. I still haven't heard anyone list one reason for why any stockholding entity would dispose of several million shares at the lowest price possible. This Identical thing happened to my other large silver juniior, USA. It was tanked down to an absurd $1.57 from $1.73 (still absurd) after the market closed. I don't think it has anything to do with manipulating the price down to get cheaper shares because the prices will probably be right back up where they were before the after hours dump. To me, the whole thing just doesn't make any sense. Anyway, Merry Christmas everyone and here's to a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year! John
