I don't have M&A experience but I do have experience owning this stock for eight years. I can only hope for M&A experience maybe in 2013?????? This is the only company I have heard of that pay 12% for a loan. Still seems very loan sharkish to me but considering that they have no income but pay  bonuses at the same time, maybe that it just how things work.
