I can take two of those 1960, 61,62, 63, 64 and earlier U.S. dimes today and buy MORE gasoline than they could.
What has changed ? The incessant non-stop printing of worth-less and less government fiat(s).
Oil is in the $88.00 per bbl range now. Gasoline has gotten as low as of $2.78 per Standard gallon locally, now back at $3.19.
So we HAVE cheap "grease" now.
I do not see "grease" getting much cheaper.
Canada needs to get those East - West pipelines built and sell more and more to China, S.E. Asia, and compete with BRENT for the European Market,The US market should become secondary and COS will be FINE.
