It was a cheap and easy way for the leadership team to get back into the market. Charger had been falling because of a lack of capital, well before the current team took over. Just as AVF has been doing terrible this year under current management a drop of $3.00? Shouldn't the current shareholders be glad to be getting rid of the current team?
