      In the two week period from Dec 1st to 15th I noticed a few large blocks 

      that traded on both the Alpha and Chicago exchange. One was for 

      3,000,000 shares on the Chi-ex. Some others in the 1,000,000 range. 

      Maybe it is a way of washing the short position.  I.E. selling short on one 

      account to another account that is long. Net position would be zero to the 

      person doing this but still show a short position of the 3,000,000 shares.
