PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

Of course Ace is living in a world of fantasy.  I think that he is game playing with some of the longs on the board.  He will not spend one dime on legal counsel in my opinion.  Unless he is borrowing money from Andrew at 20%.  Just the bantering of a jester in my opinion.

 

But AO still has a chance (be he ain't going to raise one penny because he is a poor money manager) if he can fool some investor to join him in Poynt's Neverland where unicorn and rainbows are in abundance.

 

So this was my take if you can read with any level of comprehension.  Poynt is going to INT and partner!  Amen!

 

But I was reliably informed that if AO came up with money to clear creditors plus another 1$MM to operate Poynt he would regain control.  But this, although a fact, is just not going to happen.

 

Now bugoff, I will have to ask DL to give you a spanking for being so naughty!
