I do not understand how this works???

I do not understand how this works???

I own 20.000 common shares and my average is 9 cents. Will they change my shares by the ones priced at 2 cents or what???? So, instead of 9 cents X 9000 I will get 2 cents X 9000 (I will run crazy if that is the case).

Please reply to my message if you understood their plan.
