For those interested in researching a company that closed a simiar deal, go read up on FRO.T.

They just received $24 mil. for 10% stake with an option to increase to 50% and an 10% offtake. Very early in development, but the deal was done with Kores (Korean resource investment arm of the government). Their deal took some 12 months to conclude.

 

Our deal with IMC of course is more complex as it involves the financing component. But nonetheless, IF FRO can be used as a yardstick, then we're probably looking at late Jan or Feb, if the deal is to be concluded. Just speculating.
