Unfortunately the fundamentals "have" changed. https://www.malaga.ca/malaga/en/apt-price.php

The price of tungsten (apt) has been dropping like a stone - roughly $440 down to $300/mtu

What troubles me further is that much of this drop has happened since October.

I would agree that the completion of the deal is still the main driver of the stock price at this point but things are not nearly as rosy as they were just a few months ago.
