Nothing about any of the officers investing in the company(Lee's Discretion, and the loan must be the weasely way of doing that, still do not know the interest rate), why should they, they get their shares for free !!!

It is a 2.00 a share company and that is the fact jack. Will not change(Short Controlled SP), if you are looking to get rich, this ain't the stock to be in.
