How many months for the Teck clock to start?

So, I wonder how many months we will have to wait now for the BFS to be properly filed and the start of the Teck 120 day clock. Will we spend the next 2, 6, 9, 12 months being told "soon" as well? I'm preparing myself for this to drag on another 6-8 months from now.
