According to a post on SI, all 5 are for Zaruma:

5) Three concessions are accessible via Cabo de Hornos. When the declines are done and the H2O out, you get your 900 TPD.

6) Of the 5 concessions, all are in Zaruma. One more is close to the Cabo portal and one is a few kilometers away.
