 I spoke with IR today.  Roughly "80% of time is black out (due to cannot buy from end of quarter till 2 days after earnings are released)."  Then on top of that - which we speculated - they cannot buy when they know of pending changes that will materially affect the company's value.  Sounds believable to me given all of the purchases and aquisitions they've been making and hopefully have pending.  When I asked him to pass on our sentiment to the officers to purchase shares, he said it is already at the forefront of their minds. 

I asked about Bowie and possible export to China.  Even with the low prices out west, with the freight and labor, they would have to sell it in China at $120 (I believe he might have said to break even).  Thus this is not something they are looking at doing at this time.  On top of that, with only one large port in Vancouver, there is allegedly a huge back log for exports there.

Last thing, we will be seeing 4 consecutive quarters of significant positive growth.
