They said adjourned indefinitely hearing into merits,not sure but I think the juries is out on some kind of think that they need to respond on ? good or bad they are spending a lot of money on hi priced lawyers ? ASC is not going to let go of this one very soon I don't think ? after the first of year in 2013 some time, if it was over there would be a announcement & I am tied in to all announcements from the ASC ?
