1 million + infected !!! Nasty BUG infecting over 1 million people in the UK (including my daughter)
As the world gets smaller, the bugs move and evolve faster. Norovirus, or Norwalk virus as we call it here, is a nasty bug that causes severe vomiting and diarrhea - but fortunately it is usually not fatal. My daughter is recovering but she said it was pure HeII.
The number of people affected by an outbreak of the winter vomiting bug could have passed one million, new figures show . . .the HPA has said that for every reported case an estimated 288 go unreported, meaning there could be 1.01 million cases, up from just under 880,000 last week.
