PetroFrontier Corp. is a Canada-based junior energy company. The Company is engaged in exploring for and the production of petroleum and natural gas in western Canada. It is focused on developing two Mannville heavy oil plays in the Cold Lake and Wabasca areas of Alberta. The Company has interests in approximately 16 gross (15 net) sections arising from several joint operations with the wholly owned energy companies of the Cold Lake First Nations (CLFN). The Company also has a joint venture agreement with the wholly owned energy company of the Bigstone Cree Nation (BCN), covering 1,024 gross (922 net) hectares in the Wabasca area of north-central Alberta, of which half has been earned as a leasehold interest. Those interests are located between CNRL’s prolific Brintnell enhanced oil recovery project producing approximately 50,000 bop/d of heavy oil and Cenovus’ proposed 10,000 bop/d thermal heavy oil project.

Lets just say I now know why Heritage is buying and Statoil is ponying up so much dough.

Ryder Scott is a wealth of information.Albeit a bit old in the sense of current situations and methods, but still huge in information.

Too many highlights really to go into. Let me copy and paste this and leave you with one other comment.

The primary proven source rocks in the Southern Georgina Basin are the organic rich “Hot Shale” of the
lower portion of the Arthur Creek Formation (Appendix 1, Figures 7 & 9). These shales range in
maturity from oil-mature to dry gas mature/over mature.

From my experience, and reveiwing the analysis, the seismics, and interpretations, they could literally drill anywhere and find hydrocarbons of a recoverable nature (with todays technology-don-t forget this report is a few years old) with proper recovery methods

.For the laymen the question would be that what would you pay for a situation which could provide 100 years of cash and product flow and numbers from billions to trillions in volume quantities.
