Brian has told us retail investors that the DD was to the satisfaction of all parties an that it is just lawyers workong out the final agreement details.  Dundee has confidence because they can an gave say down and discuss this with Brian.  If you lack the confidence sell your shares and wait for the announcement before buyin back if u still feel so inclined
