This is according to your professional opinion right?  Where do you get off telling anyone any study is "useless"? Does your "people like me" comment include Regional Districts representing tens of thousands of people? Because that's who's asking for the aquifer mapping.  Unanimously I might add.

It doesn't seem like too much to ask to me.  It is peoples drinking water afterall. 

No one is 'abusing' the EA process.  In fact I've been invited more than once along with others by the CEAA/BCEAO to participate and contribute even more than is otherwise expected.  I commend them for that and thye have done an excellent job I think so far.  The aquifer mapping is simply a hole that needs to be filled.

To call this a 'clean' project is laughable, but at least you have one thing right, I am totally against burning any coal.  Period.
