The current magement group are the most qualified of any we have seen here, this is an uphill battle for them and only a few waining resources to command.  I have heard that restructuring of the work forces is still going on to achieve greatest efficiency.  Also the new d-dimer test is being prepared for FDA approval, this has always taken longer than expected, lets hope this goes without a hitch.
