These sentiments are present ad nauseum on most bulletin boards. So, the results are slightly delayed, perhaps by the people performing the study who are being cautious and protecting their reputation or encouraged to slow things up by MOZ as there is no point producing results in an environment of small cap negativity combined with tax loss selling; results cannot be withheld but they can be slowed down for a more opportune time, at least for a few weeks. Those who complain of tardy results will also complain if results are issued at an inopportune time affecting the ability to raise funds or if it is an opportunity for holders to unload when the bids increase in a weak market.

The complaints can be tiresome but I recognise that the negativity provides others, including myself to pick up bargain under-valued stocks.
