Early 2013

VEL is set to spud a well in early 2013 and this will have a positive effect on the adjacent property holders which is TPN. If VEL hits on the drilling it will have a monster effect price wise on TPN and this will be a good time to do a jv because they will not have to look for a partner but the partners will come looking to them. May be even do a finnancing with a higher priced stock and do the drilling themselves .
