Late fiancials is one red flag I watch for. The only reason for delay is that there is bad news and insiders need time to maneuver before letting it out.

Hope this isn't the case with ISign. Maybe they have been far too busy to get it done? If not, I'm afraid there will be something unpleasant early in the new year.
