Happy New Year

Happy New Year

When are you counting the 90 days from Jerrio?  If you start back at Oct 17th, that means Jan 15th 2013 for the 90 days.  Hopefully not 90 days from now.

EPA has always taken every day they are allowed to and the promise of action by late October early November was a sad disappointment.  (Somebody must have forgotten to follow the rule book when they spoke.)

So, conclusion ahead?  Fiscal cliff narrowly avoided?  Maybe we will catch the January affect in the market - if it happens this year?  Construction could finally start this spring? Tipping and contracts soon after.

The long EPA delays may ultimately work in EWK's favor. The demand for landfill space is going to be increasing as other landfills reach capacity and begin to close just as EWK comes on line.

Let's get it right this time EPA.   Happy New Year EWK.
