RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: low volume bullish sign for CM Yes....the only thing at the moment worthwhile for the current shareholders--including Bates is a buyout of the company! I think all options are on the table right now, and Bates would rather sell the company now than to see it get very diluted and then do a reverse spilt.
Reading from the last press release there has been never mention of any sort of sale of the company before hand, and one has to wonder why now??? Not only are they negotiating coal contracts at the present time, I think they are also wheeling and dealing an all out sale of the company or just the coal assets. But I think it would be better if the entire company is being sold.
I really hate the rights option funding idea, and longer term is no good for the shareholders!
Do not be surprised to see the share price actually starting to go up in the next little while in anticipation to a buyout! Right now the markets want to make you believe that there is no buyout going to happen but rather the dilution is! Do not be fooled....seen this many times before! Just a matter of time before the coke coal stocks go higher as Iron ore is rallying big time....these two commodities are positively correlated!
If you own at higher prices I would suggest to avg. down here.......these prices under 0.10 not going to last very long IMO! Very interesting time we are in right now, and hopefully the long-suffering shareholders will come away with a few dollars a share from this!
