I think SVM should pretty much ignore these class actions and focus on mining and paying dividends. SVMs lawyers will do the work as needed. Funny how the "claims" ignore SVM's audited financials and Canadian Bank Statements. Funny how, the SEC and the OSC have never once issued any sort of "reprimand" against SVM. Never once. production is audited as it turns directly into cash money which also was audited.

2013 should be a good year for SVM. Remember, in 2012, SVM spent over 90 million in mine development - this is the key for any good miner RETURN ON INVESTED CAPITOL - to be blunt the mining industry in general has done a #$%$ job on ROI however, SVM's has proven over and over it can get it done. GC coming on and the Ying camp extended along with the other mines and the 130 million or so in cash is all good.

I see the stock price was up on Wed -- after the "suit" - I know that the "fiscal cliff" garbage floated all boats, however this market would have totally punished SVM if it gave any credence to these penny ante lawyers.
