RE: Todays news
RE: Todays news This signals Trimel is evolving into the next stage of its life cycle. As companies grow and evolve the positions of COB and CEO become separate entities. Brydon can now concentrate on what he calls "stewardship and various strategic initiatives" which one could assume would include brokering a partnership agreement for Compleo &/or Tefina.
Rossi sounds like he has broad experience in the industry and he was probably brought on board to serve as eventual CEO. Investment firms will appreciate this change.
The timing is interesting - a hint of things to come. Trimel is, as Brydon says, at "an easily identifiable transition point." The company is transitioning from being a purely developmental entity into a pharma with a successful Phase III trial in hand - a step the majority of biotechs never reach.
