The continual private financing and the inability to show a profitable margin cause me to be negative of this stock. 

Calling the corp IR dept for info as suggested by some is helpful but hardly an effective method of due diligence. 

Glad to hear the current projections of management but I will always refer to and prefer the financial statements for guidance.

New managers have been responsible for huge dilution while acquiring big chuck of cash.  ROE please.

I want to see an end to PPs .  A credit line to cover operational expenses  and a profitable business model.

The fact mcvic doesn't like ,my opinions is comforting .
