Management I agree with Ark's comments that the common shareholders are toast. I'll never understand why Cline's management never attempted to raise additional money via an equity issue especially when they were running low on cash and about to default. Back in early November, Cline' management did that dog and pony show for the analysts and the stock doubled in a week to $.36 a share. Had they done an equity issue at that time at a significant discount it still couldn't have been worse for shareholders than a $.07 stock today. They would have at least had some funds for cap ex. Then again, nobody ever accused Cline's management of being smart.
